The Toronto Star continues its quest to get search warrant documents unsealed and learn more about the fruitless investigation into the billionaire couple's murders
I’ve said from the beginning this was a murder suicide. The Sherman family has pull, all the way up to the Prime Minister, and it was their wish to bury the case. I said at the time it would never be solved, and from what I’ve seen, TPS has done very little to further it. Just enough to make it look believable, and they’ve probably put more effort into keeping details private than anything else.
Audio is available to authorized media. Others must fill out a request form and have the judge sign off.
The audio files are provided digitally on condition they not be published or shared. Publishing or sharing could result in contempt of court charges.
I am currently seeking to clarify that it would be OK to have an AI create transcripts and publish those. I'm 90% sure it would be, but it's no fun having judges and crown attorneys mad at you so I want to double check.

Thank you so much for your diligent attention to the facts in this case.
Forensics could mean anything such as cellphone data and therefore "agencies" could mean the federal intelligence agencies.
Is audio from the hearings available online, or did you need to go to the courthouse to hear the recordings?
